Your health information and your rights

Once you become a patient, your dental records and other health information are protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Cookies and website data

This website is hosted by Webflow. Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

Our pages load fonts and code libraries from Google and jsDelivr, and the contact page shows a Google map. When these load, those providers may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies. We also use Google Tag Manager to run two measurement tools on this site: Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they read, and the Meta pixel, which lets us measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These set cookies and share your device and browsing information with Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. Appointment requests sent through the website are stored by Webflow and delivered to our office by email.

This website is meant for adults. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child’s care. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the website.
